Created by artist Ly Yeow for the Light to Night Festival 2020, the large-scale art installation stood in front of the Arts House, and was for Open Books: The Worlds of Haruki Murakami.
This being my second time shooting Ly, I was still blown away by Ly’s determination, enthusiasm and grit to push this project to completion. What a wonder to see mere wooden panels transformed over time into a masterpiece enjoyed by both young and old, on the front lawn of the Arts House.
